Spalding is proud of the fact that our patients are satisfied with their care and often sing our praises when called for follow-up. They often acknowledge specific staff members they became especially attached to during their stay. Inpatient and Outpatient Satisfaction scores have remained above 90% (Satisfied or Very Satisfied) for more than 2 years running.
